WHO'S BEHIND IT

Kyslan is built by Northbeams, a GTIA member. It started as research into where managed service providers lose money, and became a product because one pattern kept repeating: the work gets delivered, the ticket gets closed, and nothing ever reaches the invoice. Every audit in these first weeks is run with me watching the output, which is the real reason there are only ten slots.
